Steve, sorry to bother you again but I just read this message of yours and
wonder what you mean when you say :

I don't think I have ever had this problem with Delta Cad text editing. When
I edit DC text, I select the text and click on edit, make my changes and
everything works fine. (I thought your main gripe was that your engraver
wasn't able to reproduce your drawing without text and line distortions. I
didn't know you also have a problem with text editing, in fact, this is the
first time I've ever heard of anybody mentioning this problem).

Could it be that you and I have different versions of Delta Cad? I have
Microsoft Windows version 4.10 copyright 1995-1999.

Is a "patch" a program that repairs a flaw in an existing program? If I
don't have this text editing problem, do you think it is necessary to
download the patch anyway?

Thanks

John
