Dear Sundialists, many thanks for your interest and the question if our digital sundials work on the southern hemisphere. Our current version of sundials is built for the northern hemisphere, but there is in pricipal no problem in changing the order of the numbers for the next release, but this has not been planned yet.
Still, there is a way to use them on the southern hem., which looks somewhat special, but it works: we can mount the rectangular display upside down at the elliptic display holder. If you mount this facing the sun in the north, the numbers will come up in the right order, but upside down. (sorry, that we started this project on the wrong side of the earth ;) Do you think its accepatable reading off the numbers upside down ?
