For London and a number of other places, there is a page on sundial trails on the 'Sundials on the Internet' site, http://www.sundials.co.uk Then of course, for the UK (including London!), there is the printed BSS Registry: have a look at http://www.sundialsoc.org.uk For the USA, you could check the NASS site, which I think includes a searchable Registry.
