Fellow Shadow Watchers,
I recently acquired a Hilger and Watts 'centrescope'?? (an angled
microscope which aligns with the axis of a machine tool spindle into
which it is inserted). Unfortunately the graticule no longer aligns with
the centre of rotation and I would prefer to have informed advice before
attempting to adjust it.Hilger and Watts don't appear to be in existence now but may have changed their name or been taken over. Any comment would be gratefully received. Tony Moss
