Fellow Shadow Watchers,
Earlier his year NASS secretly commissioned a unique
horizontal dial as a surprise presentation for their President Fred Sawyer at
the Montreal Conference. The idea originated from the 'paper sundials' which
many NASS members sent to Fred as a birthday surprise around the time of the
BSS Conference in York when something more permanent seemed appropriate as a
follow-up.
If you would like a glimpse of the dial with its hand pierced 'FSW' initials in
