it's been very helpful.
I live 0.454 degrees west of the 15degrees meridian, and I did not bother to include this 2 minute longitude correction, in order to read CET directly... with the large width of an analemmatic's gnomon... [depends upon oneself actually!] the accuracy of the dial cannot be really affected.
