I too would opt for hearing of a possible risk.

However, the way to handle this sort of thing in my view is to rely on your
anti-virus package.

So, I'd recommend subscribing to a reputable antivirus package in the first
place, register for e-mail notification of updates (these usually come
weekly), upgrade your package at least fortnightly and whenever there is a
scare take no action other than to 1) Perform a full scan of your system
straightaway and 2) If still concerned contact the help line of your
anti-virus company for advice before accepting any other e-mails..
