I just wanted to remind you of another solar telescope at the other National Solar Observatory at Sunspot, NM, near Cloudcroft, only one state away! I visited it last fall and had a good time, including seeing the Dunn Solar Telescope's floating observing floor (the entire telescope optics floats on mercury). I think that a guided group tour could be prearranged. Perhaps some may wish to visit while visiting the Southwest. Unfortunately, it is a six-hour drive from Albuquerque.
