heliochronometer - I think it might well have a good market. But you shouldn't call it a "True time" sundial. First of all, there is no "true" time in general, only many different types of time according to various conventions. Second, the term "true time" has already been appropriated (although not so often used today) to mean essentially the same as solar time, i.e., that referred to the *true* sun, not the mean (fictitious) sun.
