Hi Bill:

I have a suggestion. I noticed that your Wall Dec instruction file was
written in MS Word. When I set up my online catalog, I wanted to use a file
format that anybody could open on any computer, including Apples. I also
wanted to use a format that is condensed so that the files and download
times were short.

Your 2 page MS Word doc was 997 KBs long and took several minutes to
download. If you had sent it in PDF format it would only be 217KBs. I
converted your file to PDF and am sending it in an attachment. You can see
there is no degradation in quality. PDF also has the advantage that it is
unchangeable by the viewer. This is good for sending contracts, copywrited
material and billings.

just a suggestion.
