If you want the ultimate source that will provide the best possible results get a copy of the MICA software program from the US Naval Observatory: http://aa.usno.navy.mil/software/mica/micainfo.html Any other program you find, including those based on Meeus, will be less accurate, however for sundial work the differences are not significant.
