Subject: Stained Glass Classes

Hi Mike:

Don't give up on your search for a class that teaches stained glass making.  I think you are looking in the wrong place.  There aren't many schools that teach stained glass.  Usually the classes are taught in shops that sell stained glass supplies.  Many have evening classes. To find a class that teaches stained glass making, try looking in your phone book under "windows" or "stained glass" or "glass", Most cities have a stained glass shop. (There are five here in Tucson!)  These stores all offer classes. It's a real money maker for them because the students buy all their materials and tools from the glass shop.

I did find this website for shops in England:

This is my favorite stained glass website.  It gives a lot of practical information and you can find stained glass shops all over the world.

I Hope this helps

John

Coming on really well.
I can't find anywhere within 200 miles of where I live that will teach me.
I've asked our local college to let me know if any courses come up.
