Conxita,

You ask "Do you know the date of this inscription?" ("AU LEVANT DE THEBES
SURGIT A PARIS LE NORD").

The sundial at the Place de la Concorde in Paris, a project that dates back
to 1913, interrupted by world-war I, taked again in 1938, interrupted by
world-war II, is in his present-day execution inaugurated on june 21, 1999.
