At this moment I do not have at hand Soler's book but you can get the same formulae at 
Savoie's, page 362. By the way, this chapter about Gnomonical Reposition is just great.

Tomorrow I'll call the friend that has now my book and I'll check
the equations. I'll try as well to repeat the calculations on a spreadsheet.
