Last week I came across a nice web on gnomonics that distributes (completely free!) a nice Gnomonical Calculator, called SOLARIUM and written by P.J. Dallet.. Perhaps the calculator is not for beginners and some parts are still French-only, but anyway the whole web is worthwhile having a glance at it just for its conciseness and the cute collection of dials made by the author.
