Hi
Last week was the official opening of the
analemmatic sundial of Besançon, after its restoration, 102 years after it was
installed by Mr Gruey, director of the observatory. This sundial is one of the
very first analemmatic sundials ever created in the world.
Its restoration has been inspired by Frank Maes who
pushed us in Besançon to set up a project and find fundings for that. Thanks
