John C. et al, You should be able to copy the picture on your screen using the "PrtScn" button near the top of most keyboards. This puts the screen image on your clip board, which you can then paste and edit in photoshop or Word or any other similar software. Pressing Alt-PrtScn is supposed to capture just the active window, and not the whole screen. Give it a try.
