For what it's work you can export a power point presentation to other
formats like a quicktime movie or similar format (that's worked pretty well
for me).

If you know someone on Mac who uses a program called Keynote they can import
the powerpoint file into Keynote which can export it as Interactive
quicktime files or even as flash (a brand new feature that's a bit buggy and
may be best left for future efforts).

Main downside with most of these formats is that with all the embedded
graphics and transitions the file sizes can get pretty big... But quality is
usually pretty good!
