Browsing through the catalog of American Science & Surplus
(www.sciplus.com), I came upon a "Sundial Kit" (item # 35531).

The kit includes a cardstock analemmatic dial face, a 6 inch plastic
gnomon rod, a 9/16 inch diameter magnetic compass, and very brief
instructions. As far as I can tell, the dial is designed for about 36
or 37 degrees north latitude.
The price is $2.95 for 3 kits, plus shipping. Minimum order is
$10.00. Unfortunately, the company will only ship to the USA, its
territories and possessions.
