While visiting my daughter-in-law and granddaughter in Helsinki I was taken to see a well made bronze horizontal sundial on a polished granite base, dated 1981 in roman numerals, in a small park. It was near the seashore I think but the sea was frozen solid at the time and the whole area was in deep snow so I can't be sure of the exact location.
