Thank you for the several responses to my recent
query.
In my initial telephone conversation with my client I noted that the name
was F.Watkins (who did exist - Thank You Mike Isaacs who sent a clear
picture of a Watkins signed dial). Having then established email contact
the name given became 'F. Wilkins' which might just have been a memory
lapse/typo'.
Enquiries are ongoing and I have been promised a digital picture so the
mystery may solve itself in due course.
