Looking at the Karl Schwarzinger's web site I found some discrepancy with the date of the Stephansdome sundial in Wien and the one listed above. Or better it seems to me to understand that maybe (we don't have proof) George Pourbach made a sundial there in 1451 but the sundial now present there it seems to be from the 1554 (but the dial isn't dated). Looking in the 'katalog' of the austrian sundials, published in 1993, I read that there is another old sundial of the kind that Micke is looking for, and it is dated 1454 (there is a mistake in the 'katalog' about that date, we read 1494 instead of 1454). The sundial is at Waldhausen im Strudengau, on the parish church.
