I have seen a correct version of this before (or one very similar to it) that did have the correct times.   It appears the time differences for most local are correct.  One just needs to get that in sync with actual local clock times.  Is it something that might rectify itself once saved, set-up and running on one's computer, rather than just an internet link?

The link would be very nice when the shown time would be correct. For
example Middle European Time is two hours wrong, Chinese Time even three
hours!
