Hello all, My name's Alan Hooppell in Exeter UK. Very interested in sundials, all aspects but especially old ones. Have made a number, slate, carved sticks and ring types, one silver to wear, with hole in calibrated for summer! Like doing the sums and like the inscriptions and the slower perception of time. Dislike "Garden Centre type dials!" Looking forward to this list.
