On a flat plane the following lines also will be straight:
-azimuth
-astrological houses (system Regiomontanus)
-italian hours
-babylonic hours
-siderial hours
-ascendants and descendants
-the declination line for declination = 0 (equinoxes)

The lines for suntime, azimuth and astrological houses can be read with
a shadowline.
suntime: style parallel to earthaxis
azimuth: vertical 'style'
houses: horizontal 'style'

The other lines need an index for a shadowpoint to read the dial.
