I purchased a "Solar Pathfinder" from Solar Pathways Inc., 31 Chaparral
Circle,
Glenwood Springs, CO 81601. It was written up in "Home Power" magazine
issue #21
Feb/Mar. 1991. The use in that article was to locate solar panels so
that they
would receive maximun sun in the winter, even though you may be doing
the survey
in the summer. Web page for "home ower" is http://www.igc.apc.org/hp/
Price was
around US$150. I think the company was for sale, so I would check with
home power
to find the new address.

Happy dialing,
Brooke
