Dear Friends, For some time I have felt that this mailing list should have a Web page that would give the details of how to subscribe / unsubscribe / find out who is subscribing / etc. I like to refer people to the list, and such a Web site would make referral much easier.
I was pleased to find that such a page already exists. It is on Gordon T. Uber's "Clocks and Time" Web Pages. Gordon is a WWW veteran and his pages are well maintained.
