Hello Hannes:
I don't know how long the design work took me (a lot) but the painting took
me five hours/day over a two week period, six days/week. Let's see, that
comes out to 60 hours. The Sundial measures about 27 sq. feet, so that's
about 2hrs./sq. foot.
If you are interested in pricing, I charged my clients $3,500. for just the
painting (that comes to $130./sq ft.) I charged them separately for the
design work and they paid for the scaffolding.
