Friends, Last year I have made of Crimean limestone an unusual half finished dial. This half finished dial exposes a woman of noble Egyptian home asking Ra for something of great importance. Ra is allegorically depicted as a large spherical mass distorting the environment.
I had no idea of how to get this 50 kg stone of my hands. A month ago a young lady came to me and told that this dials should express the superiority of the truth faith above the ancient Egyptian paganism! Her and my ideas combined together resulted in a South faced vertical sundial with anniversary line (August 3) and with the owner's name written in large Hebrew letter (his name is Elias). In English version of my web-site a have just created a new page. Please, visit it and share with me my small success which I have formed in a way of picture story. http://www.sundials.ru/en/egypt_story.html What do you think about this way of data presentation? Thank you.
