Hi Phil:
Your Sketch-up sundials with moving gnomon
shadows are really neat.
For those people who don't have Sketch-up or who
don't know how to use it yet, Francois Blayteron's Shadows Pro sundial generator
program will also show you moving gnomon shadows. But Shadows Pro only
shows moving shadows for simple perpendicular rod or triangular polar axis
sheet gnomons. It can't do more exotic gnomons like your ball on rod
or your French sculpture, but it is easier to use than
Sketch-up.
I still haven't learned how to use Sketch-up yet,
but will keep at it..
