Sunny Day Roger! I believe that the frying pan sundial hour lines are laid out correctly. In the text is described the graphical method for laying out hour lines. The centre of the sundial is on the east west line but they have chosen not to number this line. There is also the following statement:
"It is important to note that the hour lines are not all equidistant from each other. This is intentional, but ..." This "Sundial Fryer" is really hot! The gnomon should start where the east west line from 6 to 6 (5 to 7 DT) intersects the north south line. The angles are not evenly spaced 15ยบ apart but vary with latitude.
