Alison, Well, you got a number of answers that it won't work, but....
Forget the analemmatic sundial and look for a shadowplane or hourplane sundial. Several of the wanted demands can be realized. It is an interactive dial, it has the hourpoints at the south side and the hourpoints can be in a circle.
