That's a good point. It it possible for there to be coincidence 4, 3, 2, 1 or 0 instants a year. [Coincidence doesn't last a whole day!] For the odd numbers, your longitude has to coincide with one of the four extremes in the equation of time. I am truly fortunate living about 6.5'E or just 26 seconds ahead of reality!
