I saw this show on TV the other night, and it was well worth it. The expert that the pawn guys called in to evaluate the dial did a good job of describing all of its features - and at the end he pulled a little piece out of the case with tweezers - it was a wind vane! I have never seen a sundial with a wind vane incorporated into the design...and it was amazing that the little piece had stayed with the dial for so long without being lost.
