Dear Tony, Thank you for your HSW presentation! I wonder if it would not be a good idea to have a Dutch translation, too. Even if many Dutch read English fairly well, it would be a shame to find that one or two details would get underexposed because of some malevolent instance of linguistic "faux amis". Provided no one else is already planning to do this, I imagine I should like to take this task upon me. It so happens that there is a sundial meeting in Utrecht on Saturday (20 March), where I shall bring the subject up.
For sundials in the very last category, which you call 'none-dials', I always use the word 'undials'.
