The journal is published by the Antiquarian Horological Society in England for 
its members. http://www.ahsoc.demon.co.uk
You may be able to purchase the issues or a copy of the article and corrections 
from them.

If you contact the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors in 
Columbia, PA then its library may make a copy for you for a nominal fee. 
(nawcc.org) Its excellent library and museum are open to both members and the 
public.

You might also try to contact Professor Alan Mills at the Univ. of Leicester.
