Dear colleagues
In january 2009 we sent a message to the list about our project : the book
"Cadrans Solaires de Bretagne" devoted to sundials of Brittany, the most
western part of France.
The purpose of the message was then to gather as much interest and purchase
intentions as possible to convince a publisher to accept our project. Many of
you answered in a very encouraging and favourable way. This helped us to
eventually convince a publisher to deal with the book.
And here it is ! The book has just returned from the printer last week. In 192
pages, it lists and describes more than 700 dials with some 250 colour
pictures. Some dials are introduced in details. You can discover the cover and

It will be sold here in bookshops by next week. But it is possible to order a
copy directly to the publisher through the subscription form (1.5 Mo) :

The price is 33 euros, equivalent to about 45 $ or 29 £, at the current rate;
