Dear Dialling Friends, I am arranging a visit for the BSS to see the sundials in the Perche region of France, near Le Mans. As we have space for a few more people, I would like to invite sundiallers from other societies to join with our group. We intend to visit Le Mans from 6 to 12 September and from there we will visit places like Chartres (to see the Angel Dial), Chenonceaux near the Loire River and Le Mans itself. If you are interested in joining with us, please let me know and I can send you full details. It promises to be a good week and we hope to see some fine dials, cathedrals, chateaux, drink some fine wines, eat some great food and generally have a good time. Please do join with us if you can.
