If you want one single program, I would recommend ShadowsPRO. The caveat with it is that even if you enter a longitude, it ignores it UNLESS you tell it to use the entered longitude. It is an excellent program.
If you want something in Excel (or Open Office) I suggest my main spreadsheet which covers almost every dial type, with graphical depictions. If you want a family of DeltaCAD programs using the very inexpensive DeltaCAD program, I might suggest my collection also. Other very good programs also exist.
