Hello Dial Folk!
So I have a question for the lot of ya:
Seeing as I am somewhat of a theorist - one who thinks and tinkers - but I
was never the best at certain applications, I have become the lazy theorist,
So I was wondering if one or two of you woul like to partner with me in the
more mathematical aspects of my ambitions?
I recently wrote about my hopes for harvest dials, and some others, and the
responses I received have been quite helpful indeed! I understand much more
now, but
the greater part of what I now understand is that I don't have the
groundwork to do alone what I would like...
THEREFORE: I wish that one or two of the more mathematically inclined, or
Excel inclined if you wish, take a look at the parameters and designs I have
compiled and derive
therefrom the specific things that I will need to create my ideas... I make
a drawing and some specs, you work out the particulars, I build the thing,
and I'll make another for you or let you have the rights, or whatever you
wish...
Anyone want to join forces with the lazy theorist (or the man with the
thought and plan, just not the numbers or computing know-how)
I draw and build very well...
