Someone asked me about Horace Moran and provide me with the following
information:
Dear Mr. Clark:
While visiting the National Watch & Clock Museum last Saturday it occured to me
that you might be able to supply
information about Horace Moran, whose name appears on my early 20th century
sundial. I am unsure whether
he made many sundials, but suspect that he worked in the New York City area.
Also, he likely was a nephew of
paiinter Thomas Moran. Anything you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
I have no information. Does anyone have any information that I can pass on
from the Sundial Mailing List?
