The oldest known sundial in Flanders is a horizontal table sundial. He is 
permanently exposed in the Rubens House in Antwerp.

James de Succa made ​​him in 1601 and bore him to the sovereigns in the 
Southern Netherlands at that moment, Albert and Isabella.
