At University of New Brunswick we have both the Actes you mentioned:
Actes du VI-e Congrès International d'Histoire des Sciences,
Florence-Milan 1956 (published 1958) and the Actes de Xe Congres
International d’Histoire des Sciences, Ithaca 1962 (published 1964).
Both publications are in a storage warehouse so it will take us a few
days to fetch them. If I find the specific articles you mentioned, I
will make copies for you.
