Hello
I visited the album but I have not figured out how I can find them on a map... I have not found information on their location, only pictures. How can we understand where are they located?

Hello Dennis,

We hiked major sections of the Camino in Spain five years ago. Pictures of the sundials we viewed are available at this link.

The sundial locations include Leon, Astorga, Iron Cross, Boente, Villafranca and Santiago. The hardest dial to find was the large stone block with old sundials on three faces. A patio restaurant blocks access.

Enjoy the trip. I hope you will have better weather than we did in 2008

Regards, Roger Bailey

I have followed this list serve for some time, although I have not been an active participant. I have very much appreciated the passionate discussions.

Does anyone know of a resource way marking sundials close by or on the Camino de Santiago de Compostela?

I will be walking this path in a few months and would love the opportunity to mix my interests.

Thanks for the opportunity to ask.
