Hi Tony

When I introduced Sundial Atlas 3 years ago, and later on other occasions, I
specified that it is not my website, but a tool, designed by me and Fabio
Garnero, open to the gnomonists and the associations.

The website does not belong to an association, because it is above them all,
and it is a service such as Youtube, Flickr, Wikipedia, a sundial list etc.
Sundial Atlas is not a social network, does not contain advertising, Garnero
and me, we are the guarantors, as happens with other initiatives on the web.

The management is delegated to the same users who want to deal with an area or
territory. Those interested can ask the tools to verify the information in a
territory, as well as an association can request to be registered.
Any association that deals with gnomonics can decide to register, to be known
also through Sundial Atlas and in order to use the tools to its advantage.
If you wish to register BBS I will do it with great pleasure. There is no
required formalities, only send me logo, links and referents for the section
‘societies’, menu ‘gnomonics’.

Sundial Atlas has absorbed much of my time but I finally found the time to
arrange my website. I also translated it into english, it is likely an horrible
english, if you find big mistakes please notify to me, my website is this:
www.nonvedolora.eu

ciao Fabio

Hi Fabio,
I note with interest that the British Sundial Society doesn't
appear in the list of 'Societies'.

Best Wishes,

Tony Moss.

Richard I just made a pdf document with the main shots to use gnomolab.
I attach a jpg but you can download the pdf (636 KB) here:
www.sundialatlas.eu/atlas.php?doc=32

Gnomolab is oriented to diallist and its development is based on the
suggestions and requests of the users.
What you see now is what I projected plus some devices I added on user
requests. I have a list of them and I regularly work on the software according
to these suggestions.

ciao Fabio

Got the dragging OK now, but still cannot find sunrise, sunset and solar
noon times on Sundial Atlas

Am I still doing something wrong ?
