Hi all
I trasmit the first notes about the next XIX Seminario di Gnomonica, the
italian meeting of gnomonics.
It takes place every 3 equinoxes and this edition will be the first one in
Sicily, from 4th to 6th, april 2014.
The Seminario is organized by UAI Unione Astrofili Italiani with the
collaboration of CGI Coordinamento Gnomonico Italiano, the referent is Maria
Luisa Tuscano, [email protected] of Palermo.
The location is Cefalù, an historical and turistic city on the coast
(www.comune.cefalu.pa.it), near Palermo.
Cefalù can be reached from the airport of Palermo and Trapani, connected by low
cost companies with many european cities.
On Sundial Atlas, menu ‘gnomonics’, ‘events’, you can find other notes about
the meeting and about the Hotel Santa Lucia (www.lesabbiedoro.it) where Maria
Luisa got a special condition, full board, at 62 euro per person, per day.
