Hi:
I've been watching the TV series Midsomer Murders on Netflix streaming and in the Epsiode(S10E8) "Death in a Chocolate
Box" there's a camera obscura in the town square.

After some Googling I've found that it was a movie makers addition and really
does not exist.
But I really like the design. It has a rotating cupola that projects the scene down onto a circular table in the center
of the building.
Image non rotation not necessarily a mistake:

I've been reading about panoramic telescopes and panoramic sights where the image stays put in the eyepiece when
panning in azimuth.
Would anyone know of a design for such a camera obscura?
