I am a member of the BSS and am taking the liberty of passing this
information onto you as I have no contacts with the wider Dialing
Fraternity.
The other society I belong to (Harrow and Wembley Model Engineering
Soc.) has a small Taylor Hobson Engraving machine to dispose of. This
come complete with all letters and is bench mounted.
This is a wonderful machine for engraving dials, but sadly I have no
place to put it. (The dial on the front of my house was engraved on a
Taylor Hobson)
The Dial is located in Harrow, North London and the club is open to any
reasonable offer. It will probably go on E bay in the near future as we
need to make more space in our club house. There is easy access for
collection and loading.
Please can you pass this on to anybody who be interested as this machine
is ideal for making dials.
