Thank you for this thread. It inspired me to add a spider H dial to my
DeltaCAD macros for (1) analemmas, and (2) horizontal dials.

I did not add them to my FreeCAD, NanoCAD, PowerDRAW, and online java
script programs as I have been too swamped. It has now been more than 50
years that I have programmed in various languages!
