I couldn’t resist sharing this concept with my gnomonic colleagues, most of
whom also appreciate a slower pace to life - the hour hand of a “Slow Watch” of
course is not unlike the shadow of a horizontal dial (and is exactly the same
if the dial is at a geographic Pole).
